For the first time since 2018, MBAKY has representatives from the Roanoke Regional Loan Center coming to Kentucky for three full days of training on VA home lending! These will be on the following dates and locations:
July 11th – Bowling Green @ 8:30AM Central at the Realtor Association of Southern KY @ 180 West Professional Park Ct. Bowling Green, KY 42104
July 12th – Louisville @ 8:30AM Eastern at Republic Bank & Trust @ 9600 Brownsboro Road (lower level) Louisville, KY 40241, and,
July 13th – Lexington @ 9:30AM Eastern at the Lexington Library/Tates Creek Branch @ 3628 Walden Drive Lexington, KY 40517
Attendees at this will hear directly from the VA the latest updates to their lending programs and services that will include; credit underwriting, loan processing steps, properly calculating the funding fee, obtaining a COE, documents to get started, ordering a VA appraisal, loan closing, submission to the VA, special circumstances, and more!
